Dave McKinnis, Owner/President
Dave began company operations in Blair, Nebraska in 1981. He has been involved in commercial and residential roofing for more than 30 years. Dave is responsible for the company’s operations, overseeing all departments.

Dave Scott, Vice President of Operations
Dave has been with McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. since 1996. He is responsible for project scheduling and coordination and is also our safety director. Dave implements and monitors safety operations to ensure OSHA compliance.

Jamie Smith, Corporate Admin/Office Manager
Jamie has been with McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. since 2001. She is responsible for payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Jamie manages the company’s day-to-day operations.

Orlando Cueva, Field Superintendent
Orlando joined the company in 2000. He plays an important role in our field operations and ensure that all of our commercial projects are accurate and meet the job specifications.
