We are licensed and registered with the states of Nebraska and Iowa. We also carry full General Liability and Workers Compensation coverage for all roofing applications and for your property.
 Dave McKinnis, Owner/President
Dave began company operations in Blair, Nebraska in 1981. He has been involved in commercial and residential roofing for more than 30 years. Dave is responsible for the company’s operations, overseeing all departments.
 Dave Scott, Vice President of Operations
Dave has been with McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. since 1996. He is responsible for commercial project scheduling and coordination and is also our safety director. Dave implements and monitors safety operations to ensure OSHA compliance.
Jamie Smith, Corporate Admin/Office Manager
Jamie has been with McKinnis Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. since 2001. She is responsible for payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. Jamie manages the company’s day-to-day operations.
Bryan McKinnis, Accounts Payable/Office Assistant
Brian started at McKinnis in 2008. He has an eye for detail and insures records of company finances are accurate and up-to-date.
 Dan Koziol, Residential Sales Manager
Started with the McKinnis team in 2008. Dan heads up the Residential Sales department as it's Manager. His years of expertise in the industry prove to be a valuble asset to our customers.
 Jeremy McKinnis, Residential Sales & Estimating
Jeremy has been employed by McKinnis Roofing since 1997. He started at the company at a young age and worked in the field to become knowlegeable as a roofing specialist before joining the office staff.
 Robin Renard, Commercial Sales & Estimating
The year Robin joined McKinnis Roofing Staff was 2004. Robin uses his multiple years of industry expecience to insure each commercial estimate is accurate. He handles the Omaha and surrounding areas.
 Orlando Cueva, Field Superintendent
Orlando joined the company in 2000. He plays an important role in our field operations and ensures that all of our commercial projects are accurate and meet the job specifications.
 Jay Wolff , Branch Manager/Norfolk, NE
Jay Wolff started in 1996 and held the position of Sheet Metal Superintendent for many years. Recently, he was promoted to serve as the Branch Manager in Norfolk, NE. He will also be handling the sales and estimating for Norfolk and the surrounding areas.
 Joe Jones , Branch Manager/Lincoln, NE
Joe started in 2004 and serves as the Branch Manager of the Lincoln Office.He also handles all residential sales and estimating for the Lincoln area.
Corby Renard, Commercial Sales & Estimating/Lincoln, NE
Corby started at McKinnis in 2009. He manages the Commercial Sales and Estimating for the Lincoln area.
