ROOF ASSET MANAGEMENT

Provide budget figures and a detailed chronological project plan for roof and gutter system replacements and maintenance. Design separate roof component specifications as necessary for each individual project.

ROOF INSPECTIONS 

  Provide detailed reports including pictures of existing roof surfaces, gutter systems and flashings details.  Included in these reports are specific corrective measures needed to ensure a watertight system and the cost involved.
