Safety of our employees is of the number one importance to us. Our employees are required to do a safety orientation and monthly continuing education on safety conducted by an outside safety consultant and instructor. Most of our employees carry a OSHA-10 hour card and Superintendent carry a OSHA-30 hour card. We conduct our own safety inspection to ensure our employees stay safe and compliant with OSHA regulations. All of our employees have been drug tested and are subject to random drug screening. We are members of the Nebraska Safety council and Dave McKinnis is a chairman on the Midwest Roofing Contractors Associations safety council.
